Domestic abuse and housing survey
Survey looks at progress made in supporting social housing tenants who are experiencing domestic abuse.
SFHA is a member of the Scottish Government Implementation and Monitoring Group for its new domestic abuse legislation. This legislation has a number of implications for social landlords, including the introduction of a power to transfer a joint tenancy in the case of domestic abuse. As part of the work of this group, we want to identify progress made in supporting tenants experiencing domestic abuse.
