Energy Efficiency Standards for Social Housing 2032 – What do you need to know?

SFHA Property Repairs and Asset Management Conference, 11 September, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh

Posted In

New Energy Efficiency Standards for Social Housing (EESSH2) set challenging efficiency targets to be met by 2032. At our Property Repairs and Asset Management Conference, which takes place on 11 September at Murrayfield Stadium, sessions will explore what these targets will mean for RSLs and discuss how they can be achieved.

The sessions will also look at funding and ask whether enough support is available to help housing associations to meet EESSH2 and provide affordable warmth now that more cost effective investments, such as insulation and central heating, have largely been made.

Delegates will also hear about the new Fuel Poverty Bill and ask whether it does enough to address fuel poverty; whether the targets are ambitious enough; and whether there are areas where the bill could be strengthened.

To find out more about EESSH2, fire safety, BIM, gas and electrical safety, procurement, and many other key issues affecting those who work in property repairs or asset management, come along to the SFHA Property Repairs and Asset Management Conference this September!

This year’s conference takes place on 11 September at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh. The new venue is accompanied by a new format, allowing delegates to learn, share, and network all in one day. An extra networking opportunity is provided at the drinks and canapés reception, included in the day delegate rate package.

The day delegate rate is £219 for SFHA members and £299 for non-members. Why not book two places and receive a third FREE?
