This December, SFHA is hosting a brand new event: From Homeless to Housed. The event brings together a range of experts in homelessness policy and lived experience to explore the latest developments in understanding and tackling homelessness.

1 - Kevin Stewart MSP will open the conference with his Ministerial Address
Kevin Stewart, Minister for Local Government, Housing and Planning will address delegates, set out the Scottish Government’s ambitions for ending homelessness, and reinforce the role housing professionals have in achieving this.

2 - Hear from people with lived experience
Hear from people with lived experience in helping reduce and manage homelessness and from someone who has been homeless.
3 - Take part in a world café discussion
The conference allows delegates to be involved in a number of conversations on a great range of topics regarding homelessness in our world café discussion session. Topics include domestic violence, people leaving prison, lived experience, housing options hubs across Scotland, Scottish homes for Cathy and positive partnership working.
