This year’s Property Repairs and Asset Management Conference, which is taking place on 3 December, will be held at The Arches in Glasgow city centre.

The Arches has achieved a Bronze Level Green Tourism Award, and the venue has been shortlisted in the Glasgow Business Awards, for the Green Champion Award, in recognition of the various projects it has undertaken.

The venue’s aim is to create a fully sustainable business where green issues are at the forefront of all it does.

The venue has recently installed LED lighting throughout the space to reduce power costs, and it is working with Changeworks to ensure all waste is streamed and its recycling rate maximised.
