Heat in Buildings Strategy Summary
SFHA publishes briefing for members
In October 2021, the Scottish Government released its final Heat in Buildings Strategy following a period of consultation on the draft version. There is much to welcome including commitments on delivering a just transition and adopting a fabric first approach. The final version also includes increased funding commitments with at least £1.8 billion to be made available over the next five years to accelerate energy efficiency upgrades and renewable heating deployment.
