How can we ensure wider tenant engagement?

Virtual Engagement Conference, 10 June

Posted In

As we look to rebuild and reshape our services in a post-Covid world, tenant participation has never been more important.

Our Engagement Conference, taking place on 10 June, will feature a session on what is needed to ensure wider engagement. It will explore which tools are available and which skills are needed to make sure customers can participate in a way that meets their needs.

This ‘Knowledge Exchange’ session will run three times throughout the day and be led by Lesley Baird, Chief Executive of TPAS Scotland.

Benefits of attending the conference

  • Learn about tenant scrutiny and participation regulatory requirements

  • Explore the concept of the ‘customer experience’ and why it's important for customer service

  • Hear good practice examples of current customer engagement initiatives that your organisation could replicate.

New features and opportunities to interact

This conference is all about engagement, and our new virtual events platform, EventsAIR, allows for increased interaction. There will be live chat, questions, and polling as well as an opportunity to ask your questions live on camera.

You will also have an opportunity to make connections with delegates via speed networking and live meet-ups.

Free Tenant Tickets - Limited Spaces

We’re giving away 10 free tickets to tenants of SFHA member organisations. The selection process will be completely random. We will notify your organisation via email if selected – a maximum of two tickets can be allocated per organisation, and you can apply for these on the event booking page.
