Last chance to book: When Tenants Lose Capacity

SFHA is delighted to announce that it will be holding another series of legal training presented by TC Young.
The next session in the series is ‘When Tenants Lose Capacity’. The challenges presented by housing vulnerable adults, and, in particular, adults with capacity issues, are ever increasing. The majority of RSLs house tenants with a variety of capacity issues, including those with dementia and learning disabilities.
This training session aims to address the main issues faced by housing staff when working with adults who have capacity issues and, in particular, how the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 could assist you.
The training session will take place on 27 February at the SFHA office in Glasgow. Refreshments will be available from 9.30am, with the training commencing at 10am and concluding at 12.30pm.

Fees for all sessions start at £99 for SFHA members and £119 for non-members. Please note that places for non-members are limited, so to secure your place, please book as soon as possible.
