Legal training with TC Young

SFHA is delighted to announce another series of legal training that will be presented by TC Young.

As well as covering subjects of interest to housing management staff, the training will also be relevant to governance and development staff.

Training sessions in this series are taking place as follows:

• Development Focused Risk: 23 April
• MMR – Private Residential Tenancy: 16 May
• Bankruptcy, Trust Deeds and Debt Arrangement Schemes: 5 June

• Good Governance: date TBA
• Debt Recovery: date TBA
• Development Service Agreements: date TBA

All training sessions take place at the SFHA office in Glasgow city centre. Refreshments will be available from 09:30, with the training commencing at 10:00 and concluding at 12:30.

The delegate fee for all sessions is £99 for SFHA members, which includes attendance, course materials and refreshments. Limited non-members places are available at a cost of £119.
