Meet the Housing Scotland 2019 speaker: Stacy Angus, Osprey Housing Group

The SFHA has announced Stacy Angus, Housing Services Manager at Osprey Housing Group, as one of the speakers at its annual conference, Housing Scotland 2019.

Ms Angus has worked in social housing for 13 years, and, in the past six years, held managerial posts covering performance improvement and housing services. She is passionate about delivering quality services to tenants and customer service excellence. She is also a board member for Scarf, a social enterprise delivering positive impacts through tackling fuel poverty.   

At the conference, Ms Angus will be speaking about good practice relating to the key interlink between tenant engagement and governance to deliver best outcomes and assurance. She will be speaking alongside David Byfield, Director of Finance, Digital and Corporate Services at Ardenglen Housing Association. The session will discuss when governance goes right and detail how you can support your governing body members to be great.

The SFHA’s flagship event, Housing Scotland 2019, takes place on 11 and 12 June at the newly refurbished Radisson Blu Hotel in central Glasgow. Residential places start from £595 for SFHA members and £950 for non-members. You can also attend the event as a day delegate for as little as £280.
