New Regulatory Framework: equality and human rights
This year’s SFHA Governance Conference, taking place on 6 and 7 September at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow, will explore new Regulatory Framework requirements.
Under the new Regulatory Framework, new requirements are placed on RSLs relating to equality and human rights. Whilst the SHR will not measure compliance with these new requirements until April 2021, it is essential that RSLs begin preparing for what this will mean in practice.
This year’s SFHA Governance Conference, taking place on 6 and 7 September at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow, will explore the requirements and what further guidance to expect from SFHA as part of the Self Assurance Toolkit.
As well as the new equality and human rights requirements, the conference will look at the SFHA Self Assurance Toolkit, FOI, innovation, recruiting governing body members, and organisations that are stronger after regulatory intervention.
This year’s conference takes place on 6 and 7 September and will return to the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow. Residential places at the conference start at £460 for SFHA members or £710 for non-members. If you book three places, you will receive a fourth day place for free.
