Online or paper? How should you communicate with your key audiences?

Communications methods to be discussed at SFHA conference

Posted In

Are your current communications methods managing to engage your key audiences? Are paper newsletters becoming ‘a thing of the past’? Should you be embracing digital? Or perhaps there’s still a need for both?

Paper methods can still provide an effective way to communicate with tenants who have been excluded from the digital revolution. Organisations need to balance their desire to reduce paper costs by going digital while managing to communicate with all of their tenants. Communication is key to a housing association, particularly when it can make the difference between a tenant paying their rent on time or not.

Leanne McGuire, Administration and Marketing Co-ordinator, from Blue Triangle will be speaking about this hot topic at the SFHA’s Communications Conference on Thursday 30 March. Leanne will share her experience of using an increasing amount of digital tools, rather than print, to communicate Blue Triangle’s key messages.

Gail Gourley, Director of Customer Services at Trust Housing Association, will talk about how Trust, as an organisation that provides housing and services to older people, communicates with it key audiences.

To book your place at the communications conference, visit the SFHA website Or contact events@sfha.co.uk  Prices start at £219 for SFHA members.
