Pitch Your Workshop winner three: Albyn Housing Society
Albyn Housing Society will deliver at workshop on communicating Universal Credit to millennials at the SFHA’s annual conference.
RSLs, public and third sector organisations were given the opportunity to pitch for a workshop slot at this year’s SFHA annual conference, Housing Scotland 2019, and four winners were chosen by conference delegates.
The SFHA has announced that the third winning workshop pitch is by Albyn Housing Society on communicating Universal Credit to millennials.
Millennials are Albyn’s largest group of customers. They are responsible for the largest proportion of accounts in debt and for most of Albyn’s Universal Credit claimants. Albyn recognises that traditional forms of communication are not as effective for this generation so will share its new approach to communicating with millennials.
To hear more about how you can better communicate Universal Credit to millennials, come along to Housing Scotland 2019. The conference takes place on 11 and 12 June at the newly refurbished Radisson Blu Hotel in central Glasgow.
Residential places start from £595 for SFHA members and £950 for non-members. Or, day delegates can attend for £280. If you book three day places, you will receive a fourth day place free.
