Event to explore changes to procurement laws

Major changes in public procurement have been enacted that will affect housing associations.  The main provisions of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 came into effect on 18 April 2016 and the Sustainable Procurement Duty and Community Benefit Requirements came in to effect 1 June 2016.

These changes represent a major challenge to many contractors.  The SFHA has organised a free event with Prospect Community Housing at Hanover Conference Centre in Edinburgh on 17 January 2017 at 10am.

This event is for contractors of Social Housing only.
