• OnServe – Customer Portal – empowers customers to self-serve by securely accessing their account on your OpenAccounts Sales Ledger. Securely integrated into your database, it allows customers to see payment history, make payments and check their details. This reduces calls and queries by enabling customers to keep their own details securely up to date.
