Scottish Housing Regulator publishes list of potential statutory managers
The Scottish Housing Regulator has published a list of potential statutory managers. The regulator will draw from the list when it needs to use its statutory powers to appoint a manager to a landlord where there is a serious risk to tenants’ interests.
Publication of the list follows an open selection process. The regulator advertised for applicants in June 2016 and assessed each application in terms of experience, skills and knowledge.
