Please note that this event is only open to SFHA housing association and co-operative members only.

The next SFHA Communications Network event will focus on tenant newsletters. Alan Ramsay, Managing Director of Connect, the largest creative communications agency based in Scotland, will discuss the dos and don’ts of creating newsletters, how to create engaging content, as well as the future of tenant communications – will there still be a demand for print formats or just digital?

Alan Ramsay is Managing Director of Connect, the largest creative communications agency based in Scotland. Promoted to the role in 2009 after 10 years with the company, Alan is responsible for day-to-day operations and strategy reporting to Chairman and owner David Cameron. Previously, he spent 12 years in corporate communications, including seven as Head of Communications for one of the UK’s biggest travel businesses, and three years with BT in a press and internal communications role.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and Institute of Internal Communications (IoIC) and has served as Chairman of the Professional Publishers Association in Scotland and the IoIC.
