SFHA Innovation Boot Camp: Customer Service Transformation
Over half of SFHA’s members have signed up to be part of the new innovation community.
SFHA’s new Innovation and Futures Thinking programme is bringing SFHA members and other stakeholders together in a range of ways to collaboratively develop new ideas and solutions for the future as part of a new ‘innovation community’. The community is growing daily, with over half of SFHA’s members already signed up to take part.
On Thursday 23 August, SFHA's second Innovation Boot Camp is bringing together a team to generate ideas on the theme of Customer Service Transformation. Teams will use a range of innovation and engagement tools, and agree an action plan for the innovation programme.
