Creating the conditions for kindness

Wednesday 20 January, 11:00–12:00

This webinar will explore practice-based research from the Carnegie UK Trust on the importance of kindness, and what it might take to embed ‘radical kindness’ within an organisation. It will also reflect on what we have learnt from the response to Covid, in which many organisations have embraced a more human and responsive approach to supporting people and communities.

The Place Standard Tool

Tuesday 26 January, 10:30–12:00

Building on a previous masterclass on the Place Standard, hosted by SFHA in March 2020, this 90-minute webinar will enable housing associations to share their experiences of using the Place Standard Tool. It will feature a practice example from Linstone Housing Association and will provide a space for discussion about the opportunities, facilitators and barriers that exist for housing associations to use the method as a means for engagement and neighbourhood improvement.
