Having a clear and effective rent setting policy is pivotal to housing associations and housing co-operatives’ strategies.
Reflecting the latest policy and legislative landscape, the Scottish Housing Regulator’s views as well as an updated approach to affordability, the SFHA Guide to Rent Setting offers a practical guide for housing associations and co-operatives to the theory and practice of rent-setting.
This half-day briefing provides an opportunity for housing association staff and board members to hear first-hand from the authors of the guidance and discuss the contents of the guide. It is also an excellent opportunity to network with others who deal with rent setting from around the country.
