SFHA Self Assurance Toolkit: learn more at Governance Conference

The SFHA Self Assurance Toolkit, developed in conjunction with the SHR, GWSF and ALACHO, provides an essential tool for RSLs in gathering the evidence they require to sign off their annual assurance statements.
At this year’s SFHA Governance Conference, taking place on 6 and 7 September at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow, consultant Linda Ewart, who is drafting the guidance, will open the conference and talk about how the tool can be used in practice.
Then, following up from the opening plenary, delegates will be given the opportunity to ask the panel any questions they have about assurance statements, prior to submission in October, or any other queries they may have about the regulatory requirements in general.
The conference will also look at recruitment of governing body members, equality and human rights, whistleblowing and FOI.
This year’s conference takes place on 6 and 7 September and will return to the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow. Residential places start at £460 for SFHA members or £710 for non-members.
