SFHA signs Scottish Business Pledge
The scheme aims to boost productivity, competitiveness, sustainable employment and workforce engagement and development.
SFHA has signed up to the Scottish Government’s Business Pledge.
The scheme aims to boost productivity, competitiveness, sustainable employment and workforce engagement and development. The pledge means organisations are agreeing to a number of actions, including paying the Living Wage, supporting progressive workforce engagement and committing to an innovation programme.
Sara Jackson, SFHA’s Head of Business Development, said: “As we continue to support our members to achieve their social purpose, it is important SFHA ensures our business is built around fairness and inclusivity with people at the heart of everything we do.
“We are proud to make the Scottish Business Pledge and would encourage all our members to consider this worthwhile initiative.”
