SFHA submits evidence on Housing (Amendment)(Scotland) Bill
Federation responds to consultation.
The SFHA has submitted its response to the Local Government and Communities Committee’s call for evidence on the Housing (Amendment) Scotland Bill.
The proposed legislation intends to reverse the ONS’ reclassification of RSLs as public non-financial corporations. This will mean some amendments to the powers of the Scottish Housing Regulator.
SFHA is supportive of the aims of the bill.
