SFHA's energy conference to explore the challenge of investment
SFHA's Energy Conference, taking place on Tuesday 21 September, will explore the key challenges being faced by the social housing sector in the transition to a 'net-zero nation' and how these can be addressed in a fair and just way.
For the social housing sector, one of the key challenges of the transition to a ‘net-zero nation’ is ensuring the costs of addressing the climate emergency are not carried by tenants and that the shift to decarbonised energy does not increase fuel poverty or compromise rent affordability.
