Share your thoughts: Tenant engagement
Get in touch to tell SFHA about your experiences with tenant engagement and participation.
SFHA would like to hear from members on their experiences with tenant engagement and participation.
A recently-launched Housing Innovation project is exploring how housing associations can offer flexible, modern approaches to widen and deepen tenant participation and engagement.
The project team, led by Lorraine McLaren from Wheatley Group with Deborah Hay from Joseph Rowntree Foundation, would like to understand existing challenges and successes in housing associations, to inform the design of a new resource for SFHA members.
SFHA would like to speak housing associations to gather experiences, views and ideas.
How and when do you engage with tenants?
What are your challenges?
When has it worked and why?
When has it not worked and why?
If you are willing to share your thoughts with one of the team by phone or over a coffee, to help shape a new free resource for SFHA members to support tenant participation and engagement, please get in touch with SFHA Innovation and Future Thinking Lead Lorna Wilson at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time that suits you.
