Social Security (Scotland) Bill Consultation
The SFHA has submitted a response to the Social Security (Scotland) Bill Consultation, which closed on August 23rd.
The Bill covers the measures devolved to the Scottish Government following changes enacted in the Scotland Act 2016, giving the Scottish Government responsibility for a range of benefits, including disability, industrial injuries,carers and maternity benefits, funeral and heating expenses and Discretionary Housing Payments.
