CAS - Work on support and advice for households with electric heating
At present, around 11% households in Scotland depend on electric heating to heat their homes. Electric heating is often used by people on low incomes, and given the cost of heating a home with electricity fuel poverty rates are high among this group – currently at around 51% in Scotland.
