There is a discord between Technology Enabled Care delivered mainly within Health and Social Care and the digital inclusion programme within the housing sector. The aim of this FREE to attend event is to link the wider strategic policy across Health, Housing and Social Care. Identify how Health, Housing and Social Care can ‘Join the Dots’ to achieve key outcomes.
There will be speakers from across Housing and TEC to bring Health, Housing and Social Care together, provide examples of partnership working and how TEC and Digital can work together. Housing is key to supporting the future growth and development of the digital and TEC programme, there will be an opportunity for housing and TEC Leads to network and find out what is happening in your Partnership areas.
It is a must for anyone with the ambition to improve awareness of and uptake of technology enabled care and is open to the wider housing sector, which includes housing associations and co-operatives, council landlords and care and repair organisations and anyone involved in the TEC programme.
