The future of finance – What might it mean?

SFHA Finance Conference, 13 & 14 November, Crieff Hydro, Crieff.

Posted In

No-one knows what level of investment the sector can expect from the Scottish Government post-2021, and other factors may affect the cost of private finance in the future. No-one can be certain of what Brexit will mean for the country, let alone the housing sector.

For now the affordable housing sector must make the best of what we do know; our challenge as a sector is to sustain investor confidence in what we offer.

At the SFHA Finance Conference, which takes place on 13 and 14 November at Crieff Hydro, Crieff, the closing plenary will discuss what the future might hold in terms financing the sector.

Delegates will hear a range of views from the panel, which features representatives from the Scottish Government, ATFS, and finance directors who have recently secured large finance deals.

The conference will also look at the digitalisation of housing, managing risk, HR for non-HR people, CIPFA treasury management guidance, and many more important issues!
