Goodbye HOHP, Hello First Tier Tribunal
The Home Owner Housing Panel has now been replaced by the First Tier Tribunal
From the 1 December 2016, the Home Owners Housing Panel, together with the Private Rented Housing Panel, will form part of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing Property Chamber.
