Trust Lab – The Process: Upcoming on SFHA Live!
SFHA are delighted to welcome back Trust to deliver a webinar and Q&A session on their Trust Lab.
Following the success of Trust Housing Association's session on their internal Trust Lab Programme, which was showcased at SFHA’s HR and People Event, we are excited to welcome Neil and Darren back from Trust to deliver Trust Lab – The process.
We received lots of positive feedback of the session at the conference. Many delegates wanted to hear more about the great work Trust are doing internally and SFHA are delighted to host this specific Q&A session for our members and associates. You can book your place HERE.
SFHA’s Debs Allan, Innovation Lead, led a session in the Trust Lab for their staff on the foundations of innovation. The Trust Lab provides a positive space allowing staff to work together and share ideas on different areas including service design and problem solving. The Trust Lab participants come from a variety of roles, creating a truly interactive and agile approach.
This ‘part 2’ will involve a deeper discussion into the Trust Lab - exploring the vision, how it is being implemented and challenges/opportunities to date.
