Universal Credit Impact Survey shows mixed results

The latest returns for SFHA's Universal Credit Impact Survey for September 2019 shows little change in the level and difference in arrears between tenants not in receipt of Universal Credit and those who are, though there is a general level of satisfaction in the Landlord Portal.
