Tackling ASB – options during Covid-19

This session will focus on both the practical and legal changes you may need to consider making when tackling ASB issues. Jim Bauld, Partner, TC Young, will summarise the requirements for notices for SSTs and SSSTs and provide advice regarding the conversion of SSTs to SSSTs.

Finally, Jim will look at the practicalities of repossession proceedings resulting from ASB presently and consider the possible alternative of seeking an ASBO and the implications.

The current pandemic has changed how we all work, however RSLs’ duties under Freedom of Information (FOI) and data protection remain.

Alastair McKendrick, Partner, and Eileen Barr, Solicitor, from TC Young, will discuss how RSLs can manage FOI and data protection during the current crisis.

Allocations and succession – the problems during Covid-19

This session will cover the practical, and legal changes, you may need to consider when dealing with allocations during the current lockdown period and dealing with succession requests.
