Housing associations are facing unprecedented challenges. A key part of ensuring that your organisation is equipped to deal with this is by having a strong and effective board. However, recruiting board members can be a challenge in itself, so SFHA is launching a service for members in order to support this process.
Being part of a board can be a highly rewarding experience and provide opportunities for professional and personal development while allowing you to broaden your network.

If you feel you, or someone in your organisation, would make a great board member, then OnBoard’s range of masterclasses and training and development opportunities can support you to take the next step.
