Russell Timber Technology delighted to participate in New development for Loretto Housing
Russell Timber Technology was delighted to be involved in Loretto Housing Association’s new development at Broomfield Road, Springburn, Glasgow. Constructed on the site of a former care home, the development comprises 28 one, two and three bedroom flats formed over two blocks benefitting from common activity space with an urban external activity gym.
Russell’s contribution included the provision of glazing throughout the development, utilising our timber balcony, fully reversible and tilt-and-turn window products. The dual colour windows, finished externally in Anthracite Grey, offset the warm tones of the external brickwork and timber detailing at the heart of Page Park Architects’ design for the development.
Drawing from our extensive range of door products, we were able to provide a solution for internal and external entrance, wheelchair and fire doors. Deploying our precision engineered timber doors in Agate grey, we were able to provide product which is as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional.
