The installation of retro-fit windows to 51 dwellings at Lickley Milne and Market Courts for Perth and Kinross Council. It is a classic retro-fit scheme; the three nine storey buildings were completed in 1973 built typically for the period with a Bison beam structure, and included what at the time was a pioneering district heating system.
