EICRs and the Annual Assurance Statement

SFHA has provided members with some further suggested template wording for use in the Annual Assurance Statement.  The wording can be used in respect of Electrical Inspection Certificate Reports (EICRs) when access has not been possible due to the pandemic.

The SHR has issued an update to its Annual Assurance Statement FAQs as per the below:
