SHR Enquiry into Repairs Finds Improved Performance
A thematic enquiry into repairs by the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) has found that tenants place a significant emphasis on repairs. It has also found that social landlords’ performance is improving.
The Regulator’s report looked at how landlords are carrying out repairs and assesses that performance against the standards and outcomes of the Scottish Social Housing Charter. It found that landlords’ overall repairs performance had improved and that tenant satisfaction was up.
