Important update on rent setting tool
The SFHA and HouseMark Scotland rent setting tool has been updated with all available latest data – however, due to the Scottish Housing Regulator extending the timescales for landlords to submit the Annual Return on the Charter, we are unable to update the 2020/21 rent levels in the tool for the time being.
