SFHA responds to FOI Extension Consultation

The Scottish Government is consulting on proposals to extend the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) to Scottish RSLs and published a consultation paper to this end in December 2016. In order to inform its response, SFHA, jointly with GWSF, commissioned research looking at the potential impact of extension, held two consultation events and conducted a survey of all members.
