SFHA Responds to Scottish Government FOI Consultation
SFHA has submitted a brief response to the Scottish Government's consultation considering further extension of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).
Whilst the consultation did not directly reference our sector, the SFHA was concerned that a number of points made within the consultation paper could possibly impact on RSLs. In particular this concerned potential proposals to extend FOISA to organisations to which the public sector contracts, and potential proposals to extend to health and social care organisations.
