New SFHA guidance reflecting some of the most common questions that SFHA members have asked regarding holding an AGM or SGM in 2021 is now available. The document reflects the most recent guidance provided by the Scottish Government, regulatory bodies and TC Young solicitors. The guidance was originally released in July 2021 when Scotland moved to Protection Level 0, then further updated in August 2021 to reflect the reduction in Covid-19 restrictions Beyond Level 0.
