The latest piece of guidance in the SFHA's Get Governance series is now available to all SFHA members. The document Getting the balance right: operational and strategic responsibility in your organisation has been developed by Linda Ewart on behalf of SFHA.
This subject was identified as a priority by the SFHA Governance Forum and a small working group of SFHA members fed into its production during the drafting process. Many thanks to all members of the working group for their input during the production of the guidance.
