Regulatory framework in practice research - report now available
A report outlining the key findings and recommendations of SHR's regulatory framework in practice research is now available to all SFHA members. SFHA commissioned Altair in February to produce the report, which will now be used to inform our response to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR)'s upcoming review of its regulatory framework.
Altair presented the findings of the report to the SFHA Annual Conference on Wednesday 7 June. It includes 20 recommendations for consideration, which have already been shared with the SHR and the SFHA board.
