Scottish Housing Regulator issues Discussion Paper on Regulatory Framework
The Scottish Housing Regulator has issued a discussion paper, outlining its initial thinking regarding the review of the Regulatory Framework. The SHR is seeking comments by 30 March 2018, and SFHA will be submitting a response.
Once it has gathered responses, the SHR will then collate all this feedback to formulate a fomal consultation paper to be issued in Autumn 2018. This is with a view to the new Regulatory Framework coming into force in 2019. SFHA will be seeking its members views through out the process and as part of this has formed a Sounding Board of members.
