SFHA briefing on SHR's Regulatory Framework consultation
Following its discussion paper issued earlier in 2023, the SHR has published a formal consultation paper, requesting views on its Regulatory Framework. The SHR is seeking views by 15 December, with a view to publishing a final version of the Framework in February 2024 (coming into force in April 2024).
An SFHA briefing, summarising the key proposed changes included within the paper and its appendices, is now available.
The briefing compares proposals in the consultation to those within the SHR’s original discussion paper and SFHA’s response to that discussion paper (in August 2023).
