Guidance on Chamber Appeal Process
The HOHP is issuing notes to relevant users regarding one of the transitional provisions for the transfer to the new Housing and Property Chamber.
The provisions regarding appeals will have an impact on any user who has received a decision from the hohp with an appeal period that runs into December, where they have not yet exercised their right to appeal.
If the right of appeal has not been exercised before 1 December, then from that date a new process will apply to the remainder of the appeal period. This is explained in the attached notes.
