Preventing Homelessness - Averting Evictions: A Section 11 Process Guide
SFHA is to publish guidance on the Section 11 process, which is the product of a collaboration between Housing Associations and Local Authorities in the North of Scotland.
Facilitated by Scotland's Housing Network, seven housing associations and four local authorities worked together to see how the Section 11 process could be best managed to prevent evictions having to take place as a consequence of rent arrears or antisocial behaviour.
