Citylets sponsors SFHA Mid-market Rent Development of the Year Award

Award that celebrates excellence in the mid-market rent sector will be presented at the SFHA’s Annual Conference.

The SFHA is pleased to announce Citylets as the sponsor of its inaugural Mid-market Rent Development of the Year Award.

The award will be presented to the winner at the federation’s Annual Conference on the second day of the event – 13 June – after the first plenary session. The award celebrates excellence in the mid-market rent sector.

Citylets is Scotland’s certified leading portal for property to rent, with up to 4 million annual site visitors and advertising over 50,000 properties per year. Established in 1999, it is the original Scottish lettings portal.

Citylets is widely acknowledged as a UK portal pioneer, credited with the introduction of many features and services that are now UK industry standard. Information Services is a core function and its market reports, now in their twelfth year, are regarded as the most authoritative and reliable barometer of the Scottish rental market. Research tool, Optilet Pro, informs local councils, property advisory businesses and property developers with investment grade detail on the Scottish PRS.

Based in the West End of Edinburgh, the company is fully independent and managed by the original founding team.

This year’s SFHA Annual Conference, Housing Scotland, takes place on 12 and 13 June at Radisson Blu Hotel in central Glasgow. Residential places start from £595 for SFHA members and £925 for non-members, or you can attend as a day delegate for as little as £270.

Take advantage of the current offers and book three places to receive a fourth free, or, in support of Year of the Young Person, bring along an apprentice for free for the day, when you book a minimum of a day delegate place.

To book your place at the event or for more information, please visit the ‘what’s on’ section of the SFHA website.
