Clydesdale Bank offer Undesignated Client Accounts
Clydesdale Bank have confirmed that their ’Professional Firms Client Account’ is available now for Scottish Letting Agents seeking to open a 'pooled client account' to comply with the requirements of the Letting Agent Code of Practice.
Many SFHA members were experiencing difficulty opening 'non-designated client accounts' in order to comply with the Letting Agent Regulations that come into force on 1 October 2018.
