SFHA has hosted the TEC Ready programme for almost two years now. It has been impressive gathering together the activity that is already ongoing and offering support to organisations progressing in their TEC journey.
Yesterday a new web resource was launched www.techousing.co.uk to help housing associations face the challenges of getting TEC Ready.
The biggest issues identified as part of the TEC Ready programme included:
- Connectivity – making sure our homes – and tenants – are connected to the internet
- Analogue to digital – making sure we are ready for when the analogue phones get switched off
- Digital inclusion – making sure our employees and tenants have the skills they need to operate confidently online.
